Gu Shisheng, born in January 1964, a professor level senior administrative officer with a postgraduate diploma, is the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company and the Employee Director, a Standing Member of the Party Committee and the Chairman of the Labor Union of Yankuang Group. Mr. GuShisheng joined the Company’s predecessor in 1979. He served as the Deputy Party Committee Secretary of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of Yankuang Group in 1996 and the Party Committee Secretary of Xinlongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company in 2002. He served as the Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and the Director of Inspection Department of Yankuang Group in 2003. He was appointed as the Chairman of the Labor Union of Yankuang Group in January 2014 and an Employee Director of the Board and standing member of the Party Committee of Yankuang Group in December 2015. He served as a Supervisor of the Company in May 2014 and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company in July 2015. He was appointed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company in June 2017. Mr. Gu Shishenggraduated from the Shandong Provincial Party School.

Zhou Hong, born in May 1970, a senior accountant, professor level senior administrative officer, senior economist, A level Human Resource Professional, with a college diploma and a bachelor's degree in economics, is the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company and aStanding Member of the Party Committee of Yankuang Group. Mr. Zhou Hong joined the predecessor of the Company in 1994 and served as the Chief Economist, the Vice Director and the Director of the Human Resource Department of Yankuang Group in August 2006, August 2009, June 2012 successively. He was appointed as the Director of the Operation Management Department of Yankuang Group in March 2014, the Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee (Human Resource Department) in November 2015, the Employee Supervisor of Yankuang Group in December 2015, and the Assistant General Manager of Yankuang Group in June 2016. He was appointed as a standing member of the Party Committee of Yankuang Group in October 2019 and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company in June 2017. Mr. Zhou Hong graduated from China Coal Economic College.

Li Shipeng, born in February 1978, a senior accountant with a master degree of engineering,is aSupervisor of the Company. Mr. Li Shipengjoined the Company in 2000 and was appointed as the Chief Accountant in December 2017. He was appointed as the Director of Finance Management Department of Yankuang Group in April 2020. Mr. LiShipeng graduated from China University of Petroleum.

Qin Yanpo, born in February 1975, a senior accountant with a postgraduate diploma, is aSupervisor of the Company. Mr. Qin Yanpo joined the Company's predecessor in 1996, and was appointed as the Director of Finance Management Department of Ordos Neng Hua in September 2014; Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Ordos Neng Hua in November 2016, and Director, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Ordos Neng Hua in January 2019. He was appointed as the director of Audit and Risk Management Department, the head of Audit Center of Yankuang Group in April 2020. Mr. QinYanpo graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Su Li, born in July 1972, a professor level senior administrative officer,senior economistwith a postgraduate diploma, is the EmployeeSupervisor and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of the Company. Mr. Su joined the Company’s predecessor in 1996 and was appointed as the Deputy Head of General Manager Office of Yankuang Group in October 2008. He was appointed as the Director of Human Recourses Department of YankuangDonghua Company in June 2012; the Director of Human Recourses Department of the Company in March 2014; Assistant General Manager and the Director of Human Recourses Department of the Company in January 2016; Assistant General Manager, the Head of Organization Department of the Party Committee and the Director of Human Recourses Department of the Company in June 2016. He was appointed as the Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission in March 2020. Mr. Su graduated from China University of Mining and Technology.

Zheng Kai, born in September 1969, a professor level senior administrative officerwith a postgraduate diploma, is the EmployeeSupervisor. Mr. Zheng joined the Company’s predecessor in July 1990. In September 2009, he was appointed as the Chairman of Labour Union of Baodian Coal Mine of the Company. In December 2014, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Baodian Coal Mine. In August 2016, he was appointed as the Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and the Chairman of Labour Union of Baodian Coal Mine. In October 2017, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of Party-masses Department (Labour Union) of the Company. In October 2019, he was appointed as the Director of Party-masses Department (Labour Union) of the Company. In December 2018, he was appointed as the EmployeeSupervisor of the Company. Mr. Zheng graduated from the Party School of Shandong Provincial Communist Committee.
