On August 19th, a video board meeting of Yancoal Australia was hold at the headquarter of the company. On the meeting nine proposals were approved, including the Consideration and Approvement of Yancoal Australia’s Half-Year Financial Report of 2015.

Another eight issues were also discussed and considered, including Health,Safety and Environmental management of Yancoal Australia.

Mr. Li Xiyong, Chairman of Yancoal Australia, chaired the meeting. Mr. Lai Cunliang, board diretor, Mr. Yin Mingde, general manager of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd., Mr. Reinhold Schmidt, CEO of Yancoal Australia, and others attended the meeting.
