On April 8th, accompanied by Mr. Peng Gang, the commercial counselor, Mr. Li Huaxin, the consul general for the Consulate General of China in Australia, paid an inspection trip to Austar Coal Mine.

Mr. Li Huaxin gave a full agreement for Yancoal Australia’s efforts in actively integrating into local communities, implementing land management, effectively dealing with the depression in coal market, and in dramatically improving the business performance. He also expressed his hope that Yancoal Australia could stick to the business philosophy featuring safety first, leading technologies, environmental friendly and strict cost controlling, speed up the completion of Moolarben Coal Mine’s Stage Two Project in order to start operation earlier and enhance the company’s overall profitability.
