The board meeting of Yancoal Australia Ltd. was held by phone on August 20^th. Mr. Li Xiyong, Chairman of the Board of Yancoal Australia, attended and presided over the meeting.

On the meeting, 10 proposals including 2014 Yancoal Australia Interim Report were considered and passed and 8 issues including Minutes of 2014 annual general meeting of the Company were discussed.

On behalf of the company’s board of directors, Mr. Li Xiyong affirmed and showed his gratitude to what all directors and senior management had done for the company’s sustainable development, and hoped all directors would play their professional advantages, put forward comments positively, and make joint efforts and contributions for Yancoal Australia's development in the next stage.
